A note from the promoter
1. We appreciate all the vendors and customers who have participated at our shows.
We have always strived to promote a fun event for all the collectors in Sacramento.
For our customers, admission the show will always be FREE.
The dealer spaces along the long sidewalk of the Toy Fusion store are FREE
(marked in smaller blue squares). There has been so many requests for spots in main parking lot area, that we cannot accomodate multiple dealers who want the same area. So we are asking for a $5 donation to reserve space for the main parking lot, and a $10 donation for the area under the 4-wheel overhang area (limited to space at hand). This will also greatly help is cover some of our expenses to continiue these events.
2. Due to the expenses of running these events
(i.e. rental of the portable facilities, promotion, helpers etc.)
and the requests from dealers wanting the same spot,
we wanted to ask for support and understanding from fellow vendors.
3. We would like to request a $5 donation*
for the spaces in main parking lot area,
and a $10 donation for the front of the "4 Wheel Truck store" overhang area.
After many suggestions from local dealers, we decided to try this approach.
As a courtesy, we will try to provide any dealers who made a donation,
a concession with free food and drinks!
*Note, if there are any open areas (near the 4-wheel truck store) not filled by the day of the event,
they may be available for free, to any dealers with prior reservations to fill up.

Dealer Information:
To reserve up to a 10x10 foot space, it is suggested that you e-mail us at store@toyfusion.com with subject "Toy Show reservation 12/7/14".
Include your name, phone number and general description of items for sale.
Please be respectful of the area you are assigned to sell at,
and please be courteous to others. Lets keep it fun and friendly.
Dealers should show up at 7am and be setup by 8:30am.
After 9am, any available space is first come, first served.
* No weapons or adult material allowed at our Outdoor Toy Shows. We have the right to refuse any dealer/persons on our property. Toy Fusion will not be liable for any damages or incidents during the show. Each dealer is responsible for their own sellers permit (if needed).
Below is a Layout Map of the "Outdoor Toy Show".
The Blue area in front of the "4-Wheel Truck" store
will be reserved for any dealers who contributed $5 a donation.
If there are any open spaces still available the week of the show,
they will be absolutely free for other dealers (with reservations) to fill up.

Vendors, please park in the back parking area marked in Red.
*The Green area is for Toy Show Customer Parking. (Overflow parking area is no longer available)
"Labries Sleep Center parking area" is tentatively open for dealer space only.
Please do not park in that area (except for Handicap). Any vehicle may be towed at owners expense...it will be cheaper to just park in the back and save some money to buy toys instead of towing costs. :-)
*The lot next to our business is gated, and no longer available
(The business next door is a used car lot).

Here is list of "Most" requested toys customers have been asking for: Legos, Gi Joe figures from 1980's-present, Super Heroes, Transformers, Japanese robots, Hot Wheels Redlines, 80's toy lines.
